Besides physical changes like weight loss and size reduction, the most important transformation happens from the inside out, by learning healthy food choices and new habits.
2 - Are there any restrictions?
Our program is completely natural so anybody can do it.
3 - Do I have to be extremely overweight to go on a program? What if I only need to lose 10-15 pounds?
The program is for everyone. Our health coaches put the same effort on someone who needs to lose 5 pounds as he does with someone who needs to lose 200 pounds. Our first priority is your overall health, well being, and personal satisfaction.
4 - How many weight loss programs do you have?
We have a different program for each individual because no two people are alike, our program offers a customized nutrition and diet plan tailored specifically for you
5 - Is it necessary to starve to lose weight?
No. On the contrary, for you to lose weight in a healthy way, you should not feel hungry, just modify bad eating habits and eat in a balanced way, the right amount of food about 3 to 6 meals a day.
6 - To lose weight quickly should I go on a restricted diet?
It’s neither necessary nor recommended to restrict excessive calories with a strict diet. For the success of weight loss, a dietary reeducation must be maintained throughout life.
7 - Who are your coaches?
All our health coaches are registered, nutritionists, or dietitians. This means they completed accredited to gain this professional title. This makes us unique to other weight loss programs, where health coaches often have limited professional qualifications. Your health coach's main priority is to support you throughout your Skinic Health journey.
8 - How do I access support from my Health Coach?
You can communicate with your health coach through the group chat function in the app. We'd encourage you to engage in discussions around the daily learning articles and ask for support from your coach when you need it.
